Who We Are

American Labor Training Academy (ALTA) is a training school that specializes in the education and training of individuals on all needed skills in their career life to prepare them for matching jobs in their home town or in countries that suffer from labor shortage.

ALTA is expanding its operation to provide work opportunities to skilled and unskilled workers in over 60 countries worldwide. There are over 15 million farm worker positions and over 35 million manufacturing jobs worldwide, in addition to clinical jobs, computer jobs, management jobs, accounting jobs, etc. That is why ALTA has been designed to train and educate workers in many of the desired fields.

What We Do

ALTA's mission covers gathering and providing work opportunities based on the demand in each country where labor shortage is a main issue. Each country has its own immigration regulations and rules. ALTA will be assisting and educating workers about all they need to know to comply with those regulations. Moreover, ALTA also hires job recruiters worldwide to help with the qualified worker's journey to the United States, Sweden, Germany, Canada, or Australia as temporary and permanent workers. ALTA prepares individuals with the much needed career skills and experience for the new twenty first century. Finally, ALTA has a huge network of recruiting agencies and organizations that provide ample job opportunities in the listed markets above.

ALTA's services include job-specific training and training materials to prepare for the work required in each country, job-specific training in the English Language, the planning and scheduling of arrivals to any of the short-labored countries and the process of taking on the required work.

Our Current Focus: Agricultural Workers

Currently, ALTA is focused on providing workers with the skills necessary to be prepared for job opportunities under America's H2A Temporary Agricultural Workers Program. This Program is intended for bringing individuals, on a temporary basis, to fill vacancies in farm and agricultural labor within the United States. Among the countries in our immediate focus are Sweden, Canada and Australia.

Sweden currently offers one of the most worker friendly programs. In order to obtain a work permit, you must:

  • have a valid passport
  • have been offered terms of employment on the same level as Swedish collective agreements or that which is customary in your occupation or industry; and
  • have been offered a monthly pretax salary of at least SEK 13,000.

Canada faces shortage in labor in most of the recognized industries especially Agriculture. ALTA will provide all the needed educational skills for workers to apply for Canada's visa programs IMM5488, and IMM5556. Australia is one of the countries that has designed a visa program for different business aspects to meet their labor shortage needs such as the 1400 Form and the 1403 Form. For more information, you can visit the Australian Government's Department of Immigration and Border Protection Website

Exceptional Training and Preparation

ALTA completely prepares applicants for their potential work for each country prior to their arrivals. Our specified training Programs include:

  • Introducing the applicants to the laws and regulations related to their prospective jobs in the intended country.
  • Training the applicants on all the required safety procedures to perform their work in a safe environment.
  • Supplemental training for practicing the English language to help the workers communicate with their hiring companies in the desired.
  • Basic maths and computer skills that are often part of many job requirements.
  • A complete career buiding training program including many career-related resources.

Our training Programs fully prepares our applicants for their prospected jobs in each country. Upon the completion of the training, the applicants are tested and officially granted a certification guaranteeing their qualifications. This helps the applicants to be prepared for a new career experience that will improve upon their certified education.
